The ideal candidate must possess an extensive and active corporate database and a proven track record of securing high-value contracts. You will be responsible for driving revenue by opening new accounts across various segments, including corporate stays, conferences, social events, and recreational day-use activities.Key Responsibilities:* Business Development: Proactively identify and penetrate new corporate accounts, government entities, and international organizations to secure long-term contracts.* MICE & Events: Promote and sell the resort’s facilities for conferences, seminars, high-end corporate retreats, and gala dinners.* Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic networking and effective closing techniques.* Portfolio Management: Leverage your existing professional network to introduce the resort to key decision-makers (HR Directors, Procurement Managers, and Event Planners).* Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position our resort as the premier choice for corporate leisure and business needs.* Contract Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and site inspections to contract negotiation and final signing.Requirements (Strict Criteria):* Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Hotel/Resort Corporate Sales.* Client Portfolio: MUST possess a strong, up-to-date database of corporate clients and established relationships with key industry players.* Proven Track Record: A documented history of achieving sales targets and bringing in new business.* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.* Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.* Personality: Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
