Job DescriptionConnectalents, a leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Senior Cost Accountant for a leading Cairo-based logistics, supply chain, and international trading company.Job Role: Managefull-cycle accounting for trading and import operations Recordand reconcile import-related transactions (customs duties, freight,insurance, clearing charges, etc.) Monitorinventory accounting, valuation, and cost of goods sold Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensurecompliance with local tax laws, VAT, customs, and regulatory requirements Handlebank reconciliations, supplier accounts, and foreign currency transactions Coordinatewith customs agents, banks, auditors, and tax consultants Supportbudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Reviewand improve internal controls and accounting processes Supervisejunior accounting staffRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor'sDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.3-5of accounting experience, with strong exposure to the trading/importindustry.Soldunderstanding of import/export documentation and costing.Experiencewith Odoo (mandatory)Proficiencyin Microsoft Office.Verygood English (written and spoken)Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.Highattention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.How to Apply:Please send your CV to logein.e@connectalents.com
