The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.Key Responsibilities:Manage personnel operations and employee records.Handle employee files, contracts, HR documentation, and related processes.Manage onboarding activities for new hires.Handle employee relations and support employees on HR-related matters.Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and updated regularly.Support recruitment activities when required.Requirements:2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.Strong experience in Personnel function.Previous recruitment experience.Good understanding of labor law and HR documentation processes.Leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives.Strong communication and organizational skills.
