Shape narratives and messaging while producing original visuals, iconography, and storytelling assets that bring them to life, ensuring EFG's brands remain distinctive, consistent, and engaging across every touchpoint.Responsibilities:1.Content & BrandAct as brand guardian for EFG Holding and all subsidiaries, safeguarding both tone of voice and visual identity across print, digital, and every touchpoint. Support the development of brand editorial guidelines, visual systems, design templates, brand tone, and asset libraries for the Group and each subsidiary.Translate EFG's strategic and business objectives into strong narratives, visual concepts, , and design systems.Support in owning and maintaining the marketing content calendar: planning, scheduling, and coordinating content across channels, tracking campaign themes and deadlines, and keeping output aligned with marketing goals, consistent in voice, and on time.2.Content & Design ExecutionWrite, edit, and design end-to-end creative (brand, product, corporate, and digital marketing) owning both the copy and the visuals.Craft clear, on-brand copy, including headlines, body, captions, and scripts, calibrated to audience and channel.Produce and design a wide range of materials, including:Copies and visuals across marketing touchpointsCorporate and product brochures, pitch decks, and presentationsDigital and social media content, including video, copy, static, animated, and rich media.Infographics and data visualizations that simplify financial information.3.Multi-Brand, Multi-Subsidiary ManagementUnderstand and manage the nuances of a multi-brand environment, including parent brand, sub-brands, product brands, and regional adaptations, in both voice and visual identity.Create coherent verbal and visual systems that let subsidiaries hold distinctive identities while clearly belonging to EFG Holding.Support local teams (where applicable) with localized copy and design while maintaining Group-level standards.4.Digital-First & Performance-Aware CreativityCreate digital-first content across social media, email marketing, performance campaigns, web, and mobile, spanning both copy and design.Collaborate with digital, growth, and performance marketing teams to produce assets optimized for engagement, conversion, and A/B testing, including message and headline variants.Adapt concepts, copy, and creative across formats and platforms while preserving clarity and impact.Stay current with content and design trends, digital formats, and platform best practices, and apply them within the constraints of a regulated financial brand.5.Process, Quality, and Project ManagementSet and raise the bar for editorial and creative quality, balancing creativity, clarity, and compliance in a highly regulated environment, with rigorous accuracy and attention to detail (e.g., originality, inclusion, non-bias, disclaimers, legal content, data accuracy).Support in managing the end-to-end workflow, covering concepting, writing, design, revisions, quality control, and final delivery.Create and manage production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.Implement efficient systems for version control, file management, and organization.Contribute to process improvements that make content and creative production more scalable across the Group.Foster a culture of creativity, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement within the Marketing & Communications function.6.Partner closely with the Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and the Creative Content, Brand, Digital, and Communications teams to interpret briefs and business requirements.7.Coordinate with external agencies, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and freelancers as needed to execute projects.8.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.9.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.10.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism. A Master's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.3+ years in content creation and design, including copywriting, editorial, graphic design, visual communication, and illustration. Experience in brand development and management, preferably in financial services, fintech, corporate, or other regulated industries.Proven track record of delivering both written and visual creative for multi-brand or multi-subsidiary organizations.Strong writing and editing skills, able to produce clear, accurate, on-brand copy across long- and short-form formats.Sound editorial judgment and a confident command of tone of voice, messaging, and narrative.Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible, compelling language.Strong proficiency in layout, typography, color, composition, and brand identity.Strong illustration abilities (vector/digital), including iconography, characters, and conceptual visuals.Ability to translate financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals.Knowledge of brand systems, responsive design, and adaptive layouts across mediums.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere is a plus.Skilled in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) for executive-level decks.Experienced in preparing files for print and digital production (resolutions, color modes, export specifications).
