Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesCredit Life UnderwritingHandle all Corporate Sales’ requests through e-mails or phone on the same day.Review the Quote Request Form (QRF) and follow up with the Corporate Sales team to supply any missing information.Interpret the provided claims experience in the QRF and perform necessary calculations to match unit rating sheet claims data requirements.Populate the unit rating sheet correctly with the supplied data and justify any discrepancies between the QRF and the data inputs.Refer cases, if applicable, to the reinsurer and follow up to ensure reinsurance offers are received within the required TATs (Turnaround Times).Handle communicates with reinsurers on quotationsHand the quotes to each department with a brief description of the quote (e.g. mentioning referral source, field of industry, last quote rates, reasons for re-quotes, etc.)Follow the Underwriting authorities sign-offs.Prepare the Quote Pack and hand it to Corporate Sales Department within the agreed TATMaintain a quotes priority list and ensure alignment with Corporate Sales expectationsReview quote submission to FRAOwn and update the usual operational dashboard figures related to quotes.Monitor portfolio loss ratio and provide detailed reports.Customer Relationship ManagementManage relationships with AXA and customersConduct regular customer and broker meetings to ensure satisfaction and address complaints.Responsible for renewal process and pre-renewal activities completion.Conduct onboarding presentations for new customers.Address day-to-day requests from Customers or brokers with regards to existing schemes.Efficiently handle complaints and resolve them internally and externally.Provide support to customers from internal functions.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Collaborate with the technical team to achieve target loss ratios for all lines of business.Contribute team reporting and analysis.Job SpecificationsEducation / Certification University graduate with bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or actuarial sciencesJob Qualifications+3 years of experience in insurance field with relevant operations and/or Underwriting or Business analytics expertise.Advanced MS Excel or R knowledge - preferredSoft Skills & Behavioral Competencies Intermediate understanding to insurance industry.Strong analytical reasoning and spreadsheets orientation.Can efficiently communicate with various levels of leaderships and frontlines and is able to work in a very transversal manner with various stakeholders across the business.Ability to work in a highly flexible and entrepreneurial environment.Excellent communication skills.
