Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesMeet and greet branch walk-in customers.Guiding walk-in customers with any needed support.Receiving and delivering any cheques. (Some cheques or reimbursement cheques)Handling office administrative work.Reporting any maintenance needed for premises.Receiving and sending daily courier.Reporting any needed supplies for the office.Focal point between head office and Alex office for any further coordination needed. Job Specifications.Education / Certifications:Bachelor degree.Minimum 0-2 years of experience in related filed.Good English language skills, both written and oral.Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Problem Solving skills.Good organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesCustomer service orientation.Computer Skills preferred good in excel.Good communication skills.
