We operate a modern remote-working model focused on technical excellence, flexibility and high-quality client service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Delay Analyst primarily working remotely from Cairo, Egypt, with some travel and project site attendance as required.The Senior Delay Analyst will be responsible for leading and managing delay analysis assignments across a range of major construction and engineering projects. The role includes preparation and review of extension of time claims, delay analysis reports, forensic schedule reviews and related claims documentation.The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, quantum specialists and senior experts to deliver high-quality claims and dispute advisory services. The role will also involve mentoring junior staff and supporting the management of remote project teams and specialist subconsultants where required.QualificationsExperience in delay analysis, extension of time claims and forensic schedule reviewStrong understanding of planning, project controls and construction sequencingExperience preparing and reviewing formal claims and technical reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong client-facing and coordination skillsAbility to work independently within a remote-working environmentProficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning and delay analysis toolsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldArabic language capability is beneficial but not essentialExperienceIdeally suited to candidates with approximately 10+ years post qualification experience. 3-5 years of which should be focused on delay analysis related services.Must have significant contractor-side experience on complex major construction or engineering projectsPrevious claims or disputes consulting experience is strongly preferred but not essentialExperience across power, oil&gas, infrastructure, industrial or major EPC projects is preferredMust be fully proficient in Primavera P6 and experienced in recognised delay analysis methodologiesExperience supporting experts in arbitration, adjudication or litigation is beneficial. Hands on experience of devising and delivering claims strategies is essential
