Senior Design Engineer - Formwork

Roles & Responsibilities:Review and verify formwork design shop drawings, material take-offs, and design calculations prepared by the in-house design team and external design consultants.Supervise the preparation and production of drawings, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule.Study tender documents and projects to prepare and submit technical proposals.Evaluate and compare quotations from different suppliers to achieve the most competitive and optimal bids.Prepare material depreciation sheets for projects.Develop and prepare formwork cycle plans for efficient material utilization.Ensure that all required safety elements are incorporated, detailed, and compliant within the formwork shop drawings, in line with project specifications and design standards.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.5–8 years of experience in formwork and scaffolding design.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and SAP2000.Strong knowledge of design standards, structural analysis, and HSE requirements.
