The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for Maison Pyramide's clients across various digital channels. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to support digital marketing initiatives, enhance online presence, and drive measurable results through data-driven strategies and best practices.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and performance tracking, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESExecute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to support brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business objectives.Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.Assist in the execution of SEO and SMO initiatives to improve online visibility and performance.Develop content plans and digital campaign recommendations in collaboration with creative, content, and account management teams.Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs using relevant analytics and reporting tools.Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and maximize ROI.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare regular performance reports and campaign updates for clients and internal stakeholders.Coordinate the development and publishing of digital content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.Support the preparation of client presentations, campaign proposals, and strategic recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns.Manage multiple client accounts and projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.Experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.Familiarity with the lifestyle, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.Good understanding of MENA market trends and digital consumer behavior.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital trends and audience engagement.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
