About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and performance-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth—preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Lead and optimize SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEM campaigns (Google Ads) Manage website performance and optimization using WordPress (content, SEO, UX improvements) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting) Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members Job RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM focused) Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing Google Certification (Ads / Analytics) is preferred Experience in furniture or interior design industry is highly preferred Experience within the luxury and lifestyle sector is preferableStrong hands-on experience with WordPress (SEO optimization, content management) Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Strong understanding of technical SEO & website optimization Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions Excellent communication and leadership skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package Career growth opportunities Dynamic and creative work environment
