The SummaryThe Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer – ELV Systems is responsible for supervising and managing all on-site activities related to ELV systems, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved specifications and standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all site activities related to ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, and Fire Alarm systems.Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications prior to execution.Coordinate with project managers, presales, and design teams for technical clarifications.Ensure proper installation in accordance with approved drawings, project requirements, and manufacturer standards.Manage subcontractors, technicians, and site workforce to ensure productivity and quality of work.Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Conduct site surveys and provide technical feedback to the project team.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.Handle testing and commissioning activities, ensuring full system functionality.Coordinate with clients and consultants throughout project execution.Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely manner.Support project handover, including preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.4–6 years of experience as a sight engineer -ELV System.Experience in ELV systems implementation and site supervision.Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Technical SkillsStrong technical and troubleshooting skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (AutoCAD).Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.Familiarity with testing tools and commissioning procedures.
