Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales and Business Development team by identifying, researching, and qualifying high-potential leads.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted research to identify potential B2B leads and companiesBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospectsCollect, validate, and enrich contact and company dataMaintain accurate records within CRM systemsPre-qualify leads and support smooth handover to the Sales teamPrepare regular reports on lead generation activities and performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Support, or CRM operationsStrong research and data validation skillsExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills in English
