Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Support Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power systems and technical equipment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates who enjoy practical work, field activities, and working directly with equipment and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation and maintenance of technical equipment and power systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and equipment issues.Identify faulty components and support replacement activities when needed.Provide technical support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or as outsourced staff at customer locations.Update customer cases and maintain records through internal systems and workflows.Communicate with customers regarding case updates and support progress.Follow safety procedures while handling equipment and tools.Prepare simple technical reports and documentation.Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.Qualifications0–5 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, installation, or similar hands-on roles.Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Educational background is flexible.Comfortable with hands-on work, equipment handling, and field activities.Willingness to travel and move between customer locations when required.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.English level: Basic to Intermediate.Basic computer skills are required.
