Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented English Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles requiring a high level of English proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned rolesSource candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks such as LinkedInScreen and assess candidates’ qualifications and English communication skillsConduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managersBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelinePost job ads on platforms Provide timely feedback and updates to candidatesMaintain recruitment trackers and reportsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably handling English-speaking roles)Strong command of English (B2–C1 level or higher)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience in bulk hiring or call center recruitmentKnowledge of interview techniques and assessment methods
