In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead impactful audit engagements, manage high-performing teams, and work collaboratively with clients to deliver exceptional audit services. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging digital audit tools and data analytics to ensure excellence.What You’ll DoLead and manage complex audit engagements across diverse industries, from planning through completion.Review financial statements, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Auditing and Accounting Standards, as well as International Standards (e.g., IFRS or US GAAP).Supervise, coach, and develop audit teams to achieve high performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.Oversee multiple projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Provide technical guidance on complex audit and accounting issues.Drive innovation by promoting the use of digital audit tools and data analytics.Identify and mitigate engagement risks with effective audit responses.Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.Promote continuous improvement and ensure the adoption of new audit technologies and methodologies.Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and independence.What We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA, with membership in the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA).10–14 years of external audit experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Proficiency in financial statements, financial audits, and compliance with Egyptian and International Auditing Standards (e.g., IFRS or US GAAP).Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.Ability to start immediately and commute to our office in Giza.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Additional professional certifications such as CIA or CISA.Experience managing large, complex client portfolios.Proven ability to lead multicultural or cross-functional teams.Experience implementing new audit technologies or methodologies.International audit experience.Why Join Us?At Crowe Hegazy, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all.
