Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, optimizing financial operations, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization.The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial activities, manage a high-performing finance team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive sustainable growth and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and business trends.Financial ReportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure timely submission of management reports and board presentations.Oversee consolidation of financial statements across business units.Maintain compliance with IFRS, GAAP, or local accounting standards.Budget ManagementMonitor departmental budgets and expenditures.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.Review variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies.Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.Oversee banking relationships and treasury operations.Optimize working capital and capital allocation strategies.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.Coordinate internal and external audits.Develop and strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks.Ensure adherence to financial governance standards.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop finance team members.Establish performance objectives and support employee development.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Business PartneringPartner with department heads to support operational and strategic decisions.Provide financial insights for new business opportunities, pricing, and investments.Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion activities when applicable.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA qualification preferred.8–12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP software.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsFinancial analysis and reportingBudgeting and forecastingFinancial modelingERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Advanced Excel and data analysisTax and compliance knowledgeSoft SkillsStrategic thinkingLeadership and team managementStrong communication and presentation skillsProblem-solving and analytical mindsetHigh attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred ExperienceExperience in multinational or large-scale organizations.Industry experience in [Manufacturing / FMCG / Banking / Retail / Technology / Healthcare / etc.].Experience managing cross-functional finance operations.Exposure to digital transformation and automation initiatives
