Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end foreign procurement activities, including vendor identification, selection, quotations, purchase orders, and contract management.Coordinate logistics for international shipments, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, insurance, and last-mile delivery.Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records, including invoices, customs documents, and shipment tracking.Negotiate with international suppliers to optimize cost, quality, lead time, and payment terms.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and internal company policies.Collaborate with finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure proper documentation for payments and audits.Monitor supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and contractual compliance.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement and logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, competitive pricing, and industry trends.Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs based on project schedules and operational requirementsPrepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, logistics KPIs, and vendor performance.Resolve procurement and logistics issues such as shipment delays, customs clearance problems, and damaged goods.Support sustainability initiatives by ensuring procurement practices consider environmental and social factors.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldFrom 3–5 years of experience in international procurement and logistics, preferably within the telecom or technology sectorFluency in EnglishStrong negotiation skillsExperience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle is a plusProfessional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or other relevant logistics certifications are an advantage
