Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Freight Forwarding professional based in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing freight forwarding operations, coordinating import and export shipments, providing exceptional customer service, handling freight transportation logistics, and ensuring smooth interactions with clients and partners. The role plays a pivotal part in optimizing supply chain processes and maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operationsStrong knowledge of Export processes and forwarding logisticsProven skills in Customer Service within the freight and logistics sectorsExperience in managing cross-border Forwarding activities and associated documentationProficiency in problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectivelyFamiliarity with regulations and documentation for import/export operationsFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusPrior experience in the logistics or transportation industry, particularly in leadership roles, is highly beneficial
