Senior Google Ads & Lead Generation Specialist

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.Manage and monitor advertising budgets to maximize ROI and lead quality.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.Track conversions and user behavior using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other tracking tools.Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve conversion rates.Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.Work closely with management to achieve business growth targets. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.Proven track record in generating qualified leads and achieving measurable results.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Experience managing substantial advertising budgets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.Experience in Automotive, Rent A Car, Real Estate, or Service Industries is a strong advantage.
