Job PurposeThe Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports marketing, commercial, and fan engagement initiatives. The role ensures all designs reflect El Qalaa El Hamraa’s brand identity and contribute to strong visual storytelling across digital, print, events, and commercial platforms.Location: 6th of OctoberKey ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & ProductionDesign creative assets for digital, social media, website, and email campaigns.Produce print materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and signage.Support event branding, activations, and partnership materials.Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.Brand ConsistencyEnsure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual standards.Maintain consistency across all channels and materials.Support updates to brand templates and visual systems.Collaboration & Brief ManagementWork closely with Marketing, Digital, Events, and Partnerships teams.Translate creative briefs into strong visual solutions.Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Creative DevelopmentContribute ideas to campaigns, events, and fan activations.Stay updated with design trends and tools.Continuously improve quality and creativity of output.File Management & ProductionPrepare final files for print and digital publishing.Coordinate with printers and suppliers when needed.Maintain organized design archives and asset libraries.Volume of customized presentationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.2–5 years of experience in graphic design.Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.Experience in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).Strong visual and creative thinking.Good typography and layout skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Time management and multitasking.Ability to receive and apply feedback.
