The RoleWe are looking for a Mid Weight Designer to join the Clients & Markets team, specialising in bid and pitch design.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting high-value opportunities where design plays a critical role in how Savills presents, positions and wins work. This is not a traditional marketing or artworker role. You will operate within a fast-paced, commercially drive environment, working on live bids and pitches that require bespoke thinking, speed and precision.You will collaborate closely with Bid Directors, writers and stakeholders to shape compelling narratives, challenge briefs and translate complex content into clear, persuasive and high-impact visual communication.No two projects are the same, and the ability to think strategically, respond quickly and deliver under pressure is key.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of high-value bids, pitches and presentations from concept through to deliveryWork in partnership with content teams to shape structure, messaging and storytelling, not just visual executionTranslate complex information into clear, engaging and commercially compelling designChallenge briefs and bring creative thinking to elevate the quality and impact of submissionsManage multiple live projects under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and consistencyContribute to the development of pitch templates, frameworks and best practice to improve efficiency without compromising creativityPresent design rationale and ideas confidently to stakeholdersSkills, Knowledge And Experience4-5 years industry experience in a Graphic Design role or relevant qualification.Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.Understanding of image constraints for web and print.Willingness to develop new skills and learn internal systems.Ability to be a brand guardian and adhere to the brand guidelines.Attention to detail.Good time management.Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines.Good communication skills.Dedicated and passionate.Self-motivated and a team player.Great Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & PhotoshopCanva & Powerpoint experience an advantageStrong conceptual thinking, with the ability to move beyond layout into storytelling and narrative shapingConfidence working directly with stakeholders and content teamsHigh level of ownership and accountabilityOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
