Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, contracts, employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Maintain and regularly update employee databases on HR systems such as ZOHO, SAP, or other HRMS platforms.Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper compliance.Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires and monitor probation periods.Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accuracy of salary inputs, deductions, attendance records, and employee benefits.Handle social insurance documentation and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Support HR initiatives including performance management, training & development, and employee engagement programs.Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across various HR functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or multinational companies.Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with HRMS systems.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Advanced English proficiency is a must.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
