This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and includes monitoring network performance, handling system administration, and implementing best practices for security and data protection. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation of IT assets and configurations. The specialist will support end users, respond to service requests, and provide training or guidance on IT tools and policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
