Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager in Textile Manufacturing (Woven) at FETRA INTEGRITY Egypt, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Factory Manager will oversee daily factory operations, including production planning, quality assurance, manufacturing efficiency, and operations management. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality standards, managing production teams, optimizing processes, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Factory Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve processes and ensure resource efficiency. Qualifications Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production ManagementExtensive knowledge in Quality Control and Manufacturing OperationsComprehensive understanding of Operations Management and the ability to optimize manufacturing processesProven experience in managing teams and fostering collaborationExcellent leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze and interpret production data to improve efficiencyDegree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field is highly desirableFamiliarity with textile industry processes, particularly woven manufacturing, is a significant advantageProficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
