Committed to strengthening Egypt’s healthcare sector by developing plasma-derived therapies and establishing world-class plasma donation and manufacturing facilities across the country.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with IT quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements across all infrastructure activitiesMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, system, and service-related issues while maintaining high availabilityAdminister and support servers, databases, networks, and technology platforms to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements, operational changes, and service improvement initiativesContribute to IT projects, technology assessments, documentation, and user training programsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, implementation, or administration.Strong knowledge of server operating systems, TCP/IP, networking concepts, and database systems.Solid understanding of IT service management, systems architecture, and project management methodologies.Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
