The ideal candidate will have a strong background in course sales and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture assigned leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. Conduct consultative discussions to understand students' career goals and recommend a suitable training programMaintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline with clear follow-up actionHandle objections related to pricing, curriculum, and timing while demonstrating the value and ROI of the programs.Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI, Data Science, and emerging technologiess.Achieve and exceed monthly and bi-monthly sales targetss.Build long-term relationships with students and generate referrals for the advanced programs.Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performancee.Analyze sales performance and lead conversion metrics to optimize resultsQualificationsBachelor's degree1-3 years of experience in course sales, education sales, or training services salesProven track record in achieving sales targets and closing dealsExperience in consultative or solution-based sellingStrong CRM management and pipeline tracking skillsAbility to understand and explain technical training programs effectivelyNegotiation and objection-handling skillsActive listening and consultative communication abilitiesStrong relationship-building and customer engagement skillsVery Good English communication skillsHas experience in selling courses or training programs for at least 3 yearsPreferably located near Dokki, Giza
