One of the leading insurance brokerage companies in the market is hiring a'‘ Direct Sales / Senior Insurance Advisor ''( Motor & General Lines ) Fresh graduates are welcome Key Responsibilities: Ø Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Ø Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies from our portfolio. Ø Provide detailed explanations of policy options, coverage details, and pricing. Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Ø Prepare and deliver sales presentations to individuals and corporate clients. Requirements: Ø A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Markting or a related field is preferred Ø Proven experience in sales, preferably in (Motor and General) insurance.Ø Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
