We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior International Sales / Export Sales professional to drive our global expansion efforts . This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international markets and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to identify new business opportunities, enhance our market presence, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets and expand market presence in key regions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including prospecting potential clients and building relationships with key stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for export transactions, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules.Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international audiences.Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, compliance, and finance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products to customers abroad.Attend international trade shows and industry conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international sales or export sales within the construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing sales cycles and achieving sales targets in international markets.Strong understanding of export regulations, logistics, and compliance requirements.Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships with diverse clientele.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.sales experience is must .
