User Support and HelpdeskProvide daily technical support to all company users for hardware, software, email, and system issues.Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and related peripherals.Maintain a ticketing/support log and ensure timely resolution based on priority.Conduct user onboarding/offboarding including IT access setup and recovery.Server & Network AdministrationSupport and monitor Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing services.Manage and secure access rights, Group Policies, shared drives, and network permissions.Monitor and troubleshoot LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi issues and ensure system uptime.ERP & CRM Systems SupportProvide first-level support for ERP and CRM users including data access and role permissions.Coordinate with software vendors for issues beyond internal control.Ensure data accuracy, smooth transaction flow, and system performance.Data Backup & IT DocumentationImplement and monitor daily and periodic backup plans for servers and critical systems.Ensure disaster recovery readiness and ability to restore operations quickly.Maintain updated documentation for IT assets, software licenses, passwords, configurations, and changes.Cybersecurity & IT ComplianceEnsure endpoint protection (anti-virus, firewalls, patches, and firmware updates).Monitoring user authentication, access control, and suspicious activities.Enforce password policies and compliance with IT security standards.Support security audits and risk mitigation actions.Hardware & Software ManagementMaintain IT inventory (laptops, PCs, network devices, licenses, etc.).Oversee installation and renewal of all licensed software.Assist in IT procurement: specifications, vendor evaluation, and setup.Support for Business Continuity & Digital ImprovementsProvide recommendations for system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.Participate in ongoing IT and digital transformation initiatives.Perform any additional tasks required to support IT operations. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.Experience supporting:Windows Server environment & Active DirectoryERP and CRM systems operations. Local networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)Previous experience with backup solutions, cybersecurity controls.
