Key Responsibilities• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and employment-related documents.• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters.• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations.• Assist in corporate governance matters and maintain legal records and documentation.• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure proper filing and tracking of legal documents.• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.• Assist in handling disputes, claims, and regulatory inquiries.• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent).• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or technology company.• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the IT, technology, or digital transformation industry.• Knowledge of data protection, intellectual property, and compliance regulations.• Experience working with multinational clients or cross-border agreements.
