Manage and oversee all litigation cases involving the company.Prepare, review, and submit legal pleadings, memoranda, and supporting documents.Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, and litigation risks.Review legal notices, claims, and settlement proposals.Ensure compliance with court procedures and statutory deadlines.Maintain litigation records and prepare periodic case status reports.Liaise with internal departments to collect evidence and supporting documentation.Assist in developing litigation strategies to protect the company's legal and commercial interests.Obtain, renew, and maintain all required corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.Monitor the validity and renewal schedule of licenses, permits, certificates, and other legal documents to ensure continuous compliance.Coordinate with governmental authorities, including the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Commercial Registry, Commercial Chambers, Trademark Office, General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), National Food Safety Authority (NFSA), Civil Defense Authority, General Authority for Investment (GAFI) and other relevant regulatory bodies.Prepare and submit applications, renewals, and supporting documentation required by governmental authorities.Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure the company's ongoing regulatory compliance.Travel within Egypt - Outside Cairo - , as required to attend court hearings, follow up on litigation matters, complete legal procedures, and coordinate with governmental authorities.
