Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to promote products and drive sales.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Monitor stock levels, product visibility, and competitor activities in assigned territories.Negotiate with clients on pricing, promotions, and contracts in alignment with company policies.Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery.Actively participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and in-market activation when required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and customer engagement.Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.Must hold a valid driving license; owning a car is a strong advantage.
