Senior Logistics & Operations Manager

JD:Using experience and professional judgment to determine methods for improving logistics procedures ,processes and products for the betterment of the company’s operationsImplementing logistics strategies by developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency.Developing training programs that promote improvements in logistics management functions, such as optimizing warehouse space utilization, formulating improved packaging programs, etc.Coaching, mentoring, or otherwise supervising staff engaged in freight operations on a day-to-day basis.Preparing all procedures related to Commercial &Logistics department as per the company standards.Analyzing performance by utilizing analytics to monitor and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high performance atoptimal cost.Requirements:15-20 yearsQualification/Degree:/Excellent written and verbal communication negotiating skillsMaintain the regular replenishment scheduleBA or BS degree in logistics, business, or related field Over 3 years of management experience in logistics within EgyptExperience in managing or leadinga team is preferredPreferred Industry;Logistics & transportationSpecific SkillsResults oriented, external focus and collaboration A minimum of (3) years of people / staff (direct reports) management experience is required Excellent presentation and communication skills
