Maintenance OperationsPlan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good operating condition.Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.Respond to critical breakdowns and operational issues.Equipment & Facility ManagementMonitor the performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems.Ensure proper maintenance of company assets and equipment.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.Team SupervisionSupervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.Allocate tasks and monitor work quality.Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.Planning & ReportingPrepare maintenance plans and schedules.Track maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvement actions.Cost ControlMonitor maintenance expenses and optimize resource utilization.Control spare parts consumption and inventory.Support budget preparation and cost-saving initiatives.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe work practices.Support emergency maintenance and business continuity plans. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in maintenance engineering.At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role.Experience in retail, supermarkets, FMCG, or multi-site operations is preferred.
