Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of mechanical maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades, to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of mechanical systems, while supporting electrical , plumbing, and civil maintenance requirements to ensure overall facility reliability and performance. Conduct regular inspections, condition assessments, and performance evaluations of mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, boilers, compressors, and associated mechanical assets to identify maintenance requirements and develop maintenance schedules. Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical systems, equipment, and components to support maintenance operations while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to resolve mechanical issues, improve equipment reliability, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Utilize diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to identify mechanical failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze maintenance data, equipment performance trends, and reliability metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and energy efficiency. Assist the Senior Maintenance Manager in planning and executing mechanical maintenance projects, equipment replacements, renovations, and system upgrades while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Prepare project scopes, maintenance plans, budgets, schedules, and procurement requirements, and oversee the quality and timely execution of maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, work orders, equipment history, and asset performance for reporting and lifecycle management. Prepare technical reports, maintenance analyses, and recommendations related to equipment performance, maintenance costs, reliability improvement, and asset lifecycle management to support informed decision-making. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within facility management, manufacturing, property management, real estate, or hospitality sectors. Training & Certification: Relevant maintenance or HVAC certifications are an advantage. Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills. Abilities & Attitude: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
