Senior Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for a very well known company specialized in the human services located in Maadi, Cairo.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with business and revenue goals; support teams with insights and materialsPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and performance optimizationBuild marketing infrastructure including processes, tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems to improve efficiency and reportingLead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to ensure a strong, consistent identity across all touchpoints and initiativesDrive customer acquisition and growth by optimizing funnels, improving CAC and conversion rates, and scaling high-performing channelsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand building and growth.Proven experience in 0→1 environments (launching products, brands, or business lines from scratch).Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.Strong background in building and scaling brand presence in competitive markets.Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is considered a strong advantage.Language: Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).Certifications: Professional certifications in Marketing, Branding, or Digital Marketing are a plus
