This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the cooking school’s programs, classes, and commercial kitchen services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and instructional teams to create compelling content, support event promotions, and enhance brand visibility. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with students, business clients, and partners to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer experiences.Responsibilities:* Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email marketing, and search platforms.* Create and oversee content calendars and marketing campaigns.* Drive awareness and registrations for courses, workshops, events, and culinary experiences.* Collaborate with chefs, instructors, photographers, videographers, and designers to produce engaging content.* Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on KPIs.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.* Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.* Prepare regular performance reports and marketing insights.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in marketing.* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.* Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.* Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Arabic.* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.* Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, education, or events is a strong advantage.If you're a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for building brands and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
