We are a performance-driven eCommerce brand focused on scaling across the Middle East through world-class digital marketing.We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands eCommerce, and knows how to scale profitable campaigns.Role OverviewAs our Senior Media Buyer, you will own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms. Your primary objective is to profitably acquire customers while maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and scaling revenue.You will work closely with the creative, content, CRM, and eCommerce teams to continuously test new ideas, optimize funnels, and improve campaign performance.This is a fully remote, full-time position.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media channels.Manage monthly advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets.Optimize campaigns based on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and AOV.Build full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention campaigns.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, landing pages, and offers.Analyze campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting creative concepts.Work closely with the eCommerce team to improve landing pages and overall conversion rate.Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability.Monitor attribution, tracking accuracy, and pixel performance across all advertising platforms.Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands.Strong expertise in:Meta AdsGoogle AdsTikTok AdsGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4)Google Tag ManagerMeta PixelConversion API (CAPI)Deep understanding of:Customer acquisitionAttributionConversion optimizationFunnel strategyCreative testingExperience managing advertising budgets exceeding $20,000/month.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio or similar dashboards.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.Excellent communication and time-management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Shopify eCommerce brands.Experience marketing skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products.Familiarity with Klaviyo, email marketing, and retention strategies.Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC creative strategies.Experience advertising across GCC and Middle Eastern markets.Understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences is a strong advantage.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 90 days, you will:Launch structured acquisition campaigns across all major channels.Improve ROAS and lower customer acquisition costs.Develop a repeatable creative testing framework.Build reliable reporting dashboards for marketing performance.Identify new growth opportunities and profitable audience segments.Why Join Coconuts?Join one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in the region.Work with a highly ambitious and performance-focused team.Full ownership of paid media strategy.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on company growth.Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.If you're passionate about performance marketing, thrive on data-driven decision-making, and love scaling eCommerce brands, we'd love to hear from you.
