We are looking for a skilled Medical Reviewer – Pet Insurance who will beresponsible for managing pet insurance claims and customer interactions in accordance with veterinary clinical guidelines, policy terms, and coverage rules. The role ensures accurate, high-quality, and timely decisions while delivering an excellent experience for the Insurance Company, clients, members, and veterinary providers.Your Job:Pets Claims Adjudication:Review veterinary invoices, medical records, and support documents for completeness and eligibility.Apply policy terms, sub-limits, exclusions, waiting periods, and co-payments accurately.Ensure clear and defensible documentation of medical and coverage decisions in the system.Identify cases requiring escalation and refer them as per the authority and escalation matrix.Respond to claim-related queries from members and providers through approved communication channels.Request and follow up on missing medical or billing documentation within defined timelines.Communicate claim outcomes professionally and clearly.Manages operational setup activities, including coordination of internal and client meetings, facilitation of client workshops, and support for new product launches. Leads the development, review, and implementation of related policies, procedures, and process documentation to ensure alignment with veterinary guidelines, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.Effective and professional handling of incoming client and business partners' emails, phone calls, and online chat to ensure immediate response times for all Pets insurance queries.Obtain customer feedback and share it with other departments and teammates to improve the entireAdhere to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Participate in audits, quality reviews, and calibration sessions as required.Maintain data confidentiality and comply with information security standardsPrepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual business reports to present performance and assist management decision-making.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science DVM / BVSc / BVMS / BVMVeterinary Clinic: 1 year (Preferred)Pet Claims Processing: 1 year (Preferred)Claims Processing: 1 year (Preferred)Excellent English language.Planning and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Good problem-solving skills.Innovative and Flexible
