We are looking for a skilled Product Officer who will be responsible for processing daily operational activities, including policy creation, amendments, member uploads, and the release of E-Cards, among other tasks. The successful candidate will engage in continuous process reviews concerning policy and endorsement management, providing recommendations for improvements as necessary to enhance operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.Your JobProcess daily activities in accordance with established protocols, including policy creation, amendments, member uploads, and eCard releasesConduct ongoing reviews of processes related to policy and endorsement management, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and achieve client satisfactionScrutinize data and perform preliminary checks on all information collected from clients, as this serves as the foundation of the entire processPrioritize the timely processing of new policies within the system, adhering to annual targets and maintaining high productivity standardsComplete the policies and endorsements process, including computations, in alignment with annual targets for standard and sub-standard benefit deviations, considering group size and the number of deviations from standard benefitsEnsure that enrollments and policy issuances are executed within agreed-upon turnaround timesMaintain the highest quality standards by regularly updating policies and procedures to ensure their proper applicationsFoster a strong relationship and alignment with other departments, providing necessary support as required.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in business administration. A medical background is considered an advantage.Minimum three years of experience in Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance sector, specifically in production, enrollment, or underwriting functionsGood command of the English languageAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with medical terminology is a plusKnowledge of the local health insurance sector and relevant regulationsUnderstanding of IT logic and systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail.Good problem-solving abilities
