The organization offers a dynamic environment for professionals interested in contributing to regional healthcare and veterinary advancements.Role Description This is a full-time Senior Medical Sales Representative role based in Nasr City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, providing scientific and clinical information, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitor intelligence, and providing feedback to internal teams to support strategic planning. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will prepare regular sales reports, meet or exceed sales targets, participate in conferences and product training, and collaborate closely with marketing and medical teams to ensure effective product positioning.Qualifications Strong Medical Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in pharmaceutical or healthcare markets.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build professional relationships.Solid foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to discuss products confidently with healthcare professionals.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related life science field.Experience in human or animal health sectors in Egypt or the Middle East is highly beneficial.Strong negotiation, presentation, and territory management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
