Our commitment to excellence ensures timely delivery and high attention to detail.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MEP Procurement Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) based in El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves overseeing procurement activities related to MEP projects, including managing purchase orders.Manage procurement activities for all MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract packages related to fit-out projects.Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate material and subcontract procurement.Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, prepare technical and commercial comparisons, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.Coordinate with construction and other teams to ensure timely procurement in line with project schedules.Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve procurement-related issues to avoid project delays.Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical - Electrical ) procurement within construction and fit-out companies.Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and local market suppliers.Experience in procurement of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low current systems.Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.Giza residents are preferred.
