Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver functional, aesthetically refined spaces tailored to client needs.Role Description The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sheikh Zaid. This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and codes. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and BOQs.Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.Prepare and submit material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documentation.Review and evaluate technical offers from suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes.Support project execution by providing technical assistance and engineering solutions.Monitor technical submissions and ensure timely approvals.Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience from 5 –7 years in Mechanical Technical Office, MEP, or construction projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with Revit MEP is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
