Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments.Manage customer orders from order confirmation until shipment.Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.Follow up on production status and resolve any issues that may impact delivery schedules.Communicate regularly with customers regarding order progress, shipment schedules, and requirements.Monitor order fulfillment and ensure compliance with customer specifications.Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and order tracking records.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in Merchandising, Customer Service, Logistics, or Planning within the textile/garment industry.Previous experience handling international customers, preferably Under Armour and Tommy Hilfiger.Textile industry experience is required; experience within YSE organizations is highly preferred.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
