The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for finding and placing the best tech talent in the industry.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from initial job requisition to successful placementDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programsScreen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirementsStakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical needs of each role, including required skills, experience levels, and cultural fitProvide expert advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availabilityAct as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and a positive recruitment experienceCandidate Experience:Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboardingProvide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future opportunitiesManage the offer negotiation process, ensuring a win-win outcome for both candidates and clientsTechnical Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of various technical roles, including but not limited to software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DevOps, and IT infrastructureStay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments to better assess candidate skills and market relevanceReporting and Analysis:Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve recruitment processesPrepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights into recruitment performance and areas for improvementRequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, within a technology-focused companyStrong understanding of various tech roles and the skills required for each, with the ability to effectively evaluate technical candidatesProven track record of successfully placing tech talent in competitive marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyProficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
