You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance cross-platform applications, collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to application architecture, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in delivering scalable mobile solutions using modern development practices.Responsibilities:Mobile Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions that meet business requirements.Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across Android and iOS platforms.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.Architecture & Technical LeadershipContribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.Promote clean code principles, reusable components, and development best practices.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the development team.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop and maintain unit and widget tests.Support application testing, debugging, and release activities.Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices.Recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and application architecture.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile application development, with significant hands-on experience using Flutter.Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.Experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, etc.).Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.Strong knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Cubit.Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, or Analytics, is an advantage.Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and application debugging.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is preferred.
