The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to support business operations across different departments. The role requires strong expertise in Odoo development, system integration, performance optimization, and software best practices to deliver scalable and reliable business applications.Role Responsibilities- Develop custom Odoo modules based on business requirements.- Customize and enhance existing Odoo modules and features.- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations with third-party systems.- Optimize system performance and improve application efficiency.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.- Optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure reliability and high performance.- Implement security best practices and improve system protection.- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.- Manage version upgrades and support Odoo migration projects.- Maintain source code using Git version control.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3–5 years of experience in Odoo development or ERP software development.- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo framework and custom module development.- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and OWL.- Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and third-party applications.- Good knowledge of Git, Docker, and Linux environments.- Strong understanding of database design, software architecture, and application security.- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
