We are looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Odoo implementations and act as a trusted advisor to our clients and internal team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, design Odoo-based solutions, and ensure projects move smoothly from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. You will also coach junior consultants, review their work, and help standardize best practices across the team.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations across key business areas such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Projects.Conduct detailed business analysis and requirements workshops, and translate them into clear Odoo workflows and configurations.Prepare and deliver tailored Odoo demos to prospects and clients, showing how the proposed solution fits their business needs.Configure and fine-tune Odoo modules, including business rules, access rights, and basic functional customizations, in coordination with the technical team.Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard Odoo features, and propose practical workarounds or required developments.Lead and support UAT cycles with clients, help them test key scenarios, and ensure proper sign-off before go-live.Work closely with project managers to plan, track, and deliver project milestones on time and within scope.Train and mentor junior functional consultants, review their deliverables, and provide continuous feedback and guidance.Provide post-go-live functional support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest continuous improvements based on user feedback. 4–7 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Implementer, or similar ERP functional role.Strong experience delivering live Odoo demos and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.Solid functional knowledge of core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Projects.Good understanding of accounting and financial processes (invoicing, payments, chart of accounts, basic financial reports).Practical experience configuring Odoo (workflows, record rules, access rights, views, and basic functional customizations) in coordination with developers.Experience reviewing implementation plans and ensuring the execution of agreed work plans with the team and the client.Hands-on experience closing small to mid-sized projects with clients, including running UAT, documenting gap analysis, and ensuring sign-off on the final solution.Comfortable working under leadership and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.Good understanding of the Project Management module in Odoo (or similar tools) to follow up and track internal tasks and activities.Solid understanding of concepts such as RACI, UAT, and BRD, with the ability to capture, document, and follow up on requirements and action items from meetings.Proven ability to mentor, train, and support junior or mid-level consultants and review their work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working with implementation methodologies and tools (e.g. agile, scrum, or internal delivery frameworks).Ability to manage priorities across multiple clients or projects at the same time without losing quality.
