We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the HR function within a mid-sized software company. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, organize employee records, support employee relations, and improve day-to-day HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and on boarding.Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and propose practical recruitment solutions.Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Use Odoo to manage employee data, attendance, leaves, deductions, and payroll-related records.Support employee relations matters and follow up on internal issues when needed.Coordinate employee performance evaluation and help managers document goals, feedback, and development points.Suggest practical improvements to HR processes, on boarding, and internal communication. 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.Preferred previous experience in technology companies.Good understanding of recruitment, HR policies, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance evaluation.Ability to write and review job descriptions and HR policies in English and Arabic.Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work closely with management.Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of the HR and recruitment function.
