About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) as the primary platform, with experience in Oracle EBS HCM considered a valuable added advantage. You will work with clients to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the full project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand HR business processes and system needs, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Fusion.Solution Design: Design functional blueprints aligned with client objectives and Oracle Fusion best practices.System Configuration: Configure Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor.Testing: Lead all phases of testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure successful Fusion deployments.Training: Develop end-user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions tailored to Oracle Fusion workflows.Support & Enhancements: Provide post-go-live support and implement enhancements within the Oracle Fusion environment.Technical Documentation: Prepare design documents for Fusion customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.Development: Build custom OTBI/BI Publisher reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and personalizations within Fusion.Data Migration: Execute data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and related Fusion tools.Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.Qualifications & SkillsExperienceMinimum 5 years of Oracle HCM consulting experience, with the majority focused on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).Demonstrated expertise delivering end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations across multiple modules.Experience with Oracle EBS HCM is a plus and will be considered a strong differentiator.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency with Oracle HCM Fusion tools: HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.Solid command of SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and migration support.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other Fusion integration frameworks is advantageous.Knowledge of Oracle EBS technical components (SQL, PL/SQL, User Hooks, personalizations) is a bonus.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) certification is preferred. Oracle EBS certification is an added advantage.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to translate business needs into Fusion solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is a bonus.Nice to HaveHands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, T&L).Understanding of EBS-to-Fusion migration projects or hybrid EBS/Fusion environments.Experience with EBS customizations, User Hooks, and Oracle Forms is appreciated but not required.
